NAMI Tennessee is a grassroots, non-profit advocacy and education organization made up of consumers, families, friends and professionals. We are dedicated to improving quality of life for people with mental illness, their families and communities.
Thank you to Tennessee Commisioner of Veterans Affairs Col. Many Bears Grinder who has consented to present our afternoon keynote address on June 7th.
Our thanks, too, to US Representative Diane Black and Mayor Tony Dover of Smyrna for their gracious acceptance of our invitation to the symposium.
We are honored to have Brigadier General Robert Harris as our Keynote Speaker for the 2011 Healing the Hidden Wounds Veterans Symposium. Brig. Gen Harris will speak on our theme "Back to the World" and the reintegration of soldiers back to families, work and daily life.
